At The Lightroom Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure that all clients have the best possible experience, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy.
Cancelations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 75% of the booked service fee or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could be treated as a late cancellation.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and illness can happen unexpectedly. At The Lightroom Salon, we reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the salon.
Agreement
